01 Acceptance of Terms

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements
In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use 8k8o.com:
- You are a natural person of legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
- You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of gambling.
- You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of 8k8o.com or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
- You have not previously been excluded from the 8k8o.com Platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
- You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 8k8o.com or any relevant regulatory authority.
8k8o.com reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.
03 Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of services on 8k8o.com, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 8k8o.com. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 8k8o.com immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. 8k8o.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Know Your Customer (KYC): 8k8o.com is required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of its players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Accepted documents include:
- Philippine National ID, Passport, or Driver's License
- Proof of billing address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months)
- Screenshot or statement from your GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank account
8k8o.com reserves the right to suspend or close any account where verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction.
04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions
All financial transactions on 8k8o.com are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are not derived from any illegal activity and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used.
Deposits: 8k8o.com accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major credit/debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform, which vary by payment method. 8k8o.com reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
Chargebacks: Any attempt to reverse a deposit transaction (chargeback) through your bank or payment provider while retaining winnings derived from that deposit constitutes fraud. 8k8o.com reserves the right to recover any such amounts and to terminate the account of any player who initiates a fraudulent chargeback.
8k8o.com does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 8k8o.com accepts no responsibility.
05 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
8k8o.com offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
General Bonus Rules:
- Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
- Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
Abuse of Bonuses: Any player found to be abusing the bonus system – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or engaging in coordinated bonus abuse with other players – will have their bonuses forfeited and their account may be permanently suspended.
06 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8k8o.com Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
- Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
- Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or fraudulent activity.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 8k8o.com staff or other players.
- Violating any applicable Philippine law or regulation in connection with your use of the Platform.
8k8o.com employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement agencies, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), in investigating suspected illegal activity.
07 Intellectual Property
All content on the 8k8o.com Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform (collectively, "Content"), is the property of 8k8o.com or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without prior written consent from 8k8o.com.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content.
- Use any Content for commercial purposes or in any manner not expressly permitted by these Terms.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Platform.
The 8k8o.com name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorized use of any 8k8o.com trademark is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
08 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8k8o.com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
Without limiting the foregoing, 8k8o.com shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service thereon.
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any Content on the Platform.
- Any technical failures, including server downtime, network outages, or software bugs.
- Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, 8k8o.com's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 8k8o.com's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
09 Responsible Gaming

Age Verification: 8k8o.com strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. If we have reason to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account pending age verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.
10 Account Suspension & Termination
8k8o.com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or payment provider.
- Your account being inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.
- A request by you to close your account or self-exclude.
- A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for reasons other than breach will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Balances associated with accounts terminated for breach of these Terms may be forfeited.
Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting 8k8o.com customer support. Please note that closing your account does not automatically cancel any pending bets or transactions already in progress.
11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 8k8o.com Platform.
Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 8k8o.com customer support. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving your complaint.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within the specified period, either party may pursue formal legal remedies as permitted under Philippine law. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 8k8o.com from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
12 Amendments to These Terms
8k8o.com reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
The date of the most recent revision will always be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 8k8o.com Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
Minor changes such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially affect your rights, or updates required by law may be made without prior notice.
